I created a billing plan type PD.When I go into Define and Assign Date Catgories and choose Maintain Date category for billing plan type,I don’t see PD there,it is there when I go to Allocate date category.Why is that?Please advise.

as I click on the link, it has ‘Open’ and ‘save’ options, If I click on open, it open bunch of xml folders, same think happens when I downlaod the same.
